Just over a month ago I received a call from Hosneara about her and Sebastien’s quickly approaching elopement in Ottawa. Sounded similar to other requests I’ve had for small intimate ceremonies with a select few and then a nice dinner, except that they didn’t really want any pictures of the ceremony at the lawyer’s office in Gatineau, oh yeah, and they were moving across the country the day after the wedding!
We met outside Third Floor York while everyone in the Market hollered and whistled and we collected straggling guests for family photos within Major’s Hill Park, around the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, the Rideau Canal and of course, at their reception held in the stunning Shore club restaurant situated in The Westin Hotel Ottawa.
Being a Friday wedding in September we got super lucky with not having too many people along the lower terrace of the Fairmont Chateau Laurier: I seem to spend a lot of time here lately, being so close to the studio!
Best wishes to the happy couple; I had a blast!
